International Violence Against Women Act

One out of every three women around the world will be physically, sexually, or otherwise abused in her lifetime. Tell a Member of Congress you want the International Violence Against Women Act (I-VAWA) pased.  We need your help to make it a reality. I-VAWA has growing support in the House and Senate. Its success hinges on the votes of key decision-makers. So we want to ask for their support in as many ways as possible, including on Facebook and Twitter.
Take action through your social media networks and join us in asking Congress to support I-VAWA! Just follow these simple instructions:
Write a message on Congressman Dave Reichert's facebook page or on Congressman Connie Mack's page.  You can write your own message or you can use this one: One out of every three women worldwide will be physically, sexually, or otherwise abused during her lifetime. Please be a leader and help end violence against women globally! Support and vote for the International Violence Against Women Act (I-VAWA) this month!
