Letter from Refugees International:

Dear All,

Your hard work over the summer has paid off, and we're one step closer to helping end violence against women globally! We're excited to share that the International Violence Against Women Act (I-VAWA) has just been scheduled for Senate markup on Wednesday, September 29.

Our combined social media efforts were very effective, helping garner enormous attention and bring new sponsors to I-VAWA. Now we have very little time to make the final push. Using Facebook and Twitter, we need your help to target the following key Senators on the Foreign Relations Committee and ask for their vote:

Senator Lugar (R-IN)

Senator Webb (D-VA)

Senator Kaufmann (D-DE)
