1. Help Pass the International Violence Against Women Act

2. Meet the needs of displaced people in SudanWhile the Obama Administration has announced a plan for peace in Sudan, there still needs to be a greater focus on:

-Access for international aid programs and gender-based violence programs in Darfur; -Protection of civilians;

-Prioritization of basic services and security for people returning home from years in exile;

-Contingency planning in case of instability around the 2011 referendum on independence for south Sudan.
